Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a non-scalable ruby-1.9 app
$ rhc app create zwrb1 ruby-1.9
2. embed a metrics-0.1 cartridge into this app
$ rhc cartridge metrics-0.1 -a zwrb1
3. visit 
https://zwrb1-zwt2.dev.rhcloud.com/metrics/

  
Actual results:
No Memory or CPU data show in this page.

Expected results:
The memory or cpu data should be dynamically displayed on the page.

I have my doubts this is related to the model refactor.  Can you verify this isn't an issue with master?

The bug exists on both devenv_2641 and fork_refctr1_387.

The experimental metrics cartridge is being withdrawn from the OpenShift Online Service.
