Description of problem:

When trying to create a new cluster, it is possible to create the cluster with both virt and gluster services enabled.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
oVirt Engine Version: 3.2.0-4.el6ev 

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on New under Clusters tab and fill in details for name and CPU name.
2.Check both Virt and Gluster service checkboxes.
  
Actual results:
Cluster is created successfully.

Expected results:
It should not be possible to create a cluster with both Virt and Gluster services enabled.

ok, sf5, radio button disables selecting both.
