Description of problem:
Improve error message via creation Export Domain

RHEVM 3.2 - SF03 environment

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Export Domain, in “Export Path” field enter path to folder that not exist
  
Actual results:
In UI: 
Error: Cannot add Storage Domain. Internal error, Storage Connection  doesn't exist.

In /var/log/ovirt-engine/engine.log: 
2013-01-09 13:15:31,262 ERROR [org.ovirt.engine.core.bll.storage.NFSStorageHelper] (ajp-/127.0.0.1:8702-2) [1a530276] The connection with details wolf.qa.lab.tlv.redhat.com:/volumes/wolf/kipi-export failed because of error code 100 and error message is:  

Expected results:
Improve error message in /var/log/ovirt-engine/engine.log log and UI, instead “general exception” to path doesn't exist
