Description Tom Hughes 2013-01-10 10:43:09 UTC
Description of problem:

The MIMEMagicFile in httpd.conf should be protected by IfModule so that it is ignored when mime_magic_module is not loaded.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

httpd-2.4.3-12.fc18

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable mime_magic_module
2. Restart httpd
3. Watch it fail
