$ LC_ALL=C rpm -qf /etc/gnuradio/conf.d/
file /etc/gnuradio/conf.d is not owned by any package
$ LC_ALL=C rpm -qf /etc/gnuradio
file /etc/gnuradio is not owned by any package
$ LC_ALL=C rpm -qf /etc/gnuradio/conf.d/*
so the directory should not be unowned.
Thanks for spotting this, it seems to be long time packaging issue.
gnuradio-3.6.3-0.2.rc0.fc18 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 18.
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing gnuradio-3.6.3-0.2.rc0.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
