This update adds a host aggregate view to Dashboard. A read-only 'Host Aggregates' tab is now available in the Administrator's System Info panel.

Note that a read-only view was added to the admin dashboard for Havana-2 upstream (commit 07b134334f), I don't know if that is enough to consider this RFE completed.
