Description of problem:

when the first LDAP is down and we try to query users the answer will take a while and so it was decided to turn the "GO" button to grey out.
however, this is not persistent and we are able to close and reopen the add users dialogue -> so we can resend the command.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

si26

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add a domain without a user through the rhevm-manage domain while the first LDAP is down.
2. log in with internal user -> users tab -> add users
3. press GO -> close dialogue -> reopen -> press GO

Actual results:

although the GO button becomes greyed out, if we close and reopen the add users dialogue its not persistent and we can resend the search.

Expected results:

we should make the grey out button persistent or add a warning/sandclock/progress bar or anything else that would be clear that the request was sent.
