project_key: JBEWS

Tomcat can be run as a daemon using the jsvc tool from the commons-daemon project. Source tarballs for jsvc are included with the Tomcat binaries.
Can we include a compiled version of the jsvc tool than asking the users to build themselves.

Comment 2 Mladen Turk 2010-02-10 18:36:42 UTC
We can compile it (Solaris only since we have commons daemon binaries for Windows)
Sources used will like for any component came from
http://cvs.devel.redhat.com/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/rpms/jakarta-commons-daemon/RHEL-5/

Of course for 1.0.2
