EAP 6.0.0 does not include the RESTEasy Spring integration library.  If there is no good reason to keep that out, we should probably put that jar back in.

The resteasy-spring jar has been added to the Maven repository.
The next WFK release will include more detailed examples and instructions to install the jar as an EAP module.
