JIRA to document addition of new panel for deciding which profile to perform all "post-installation" configuration on. 

This panel acts as a "screen" for all "post-installation" operations. Currently, these include adding a JDBC driver / datasource, and adding SSL security for the management interface. 

Selecting "Do not perform post-install configuration" will skip both of these steps. 
Selecting "Perform post-install configuration" will allow the user to select which profile the next steps should be performed on. Current choices are Standalone and Domain (Full profile).
