Created attachment 682226 [details] engine logs Description of problem: --------------------------------------- On deleting one of the volumes (from the gluster CLI) present in the cluster, all the volumes disappeared and then immediately reappeared on the Console. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Red Hat Storage Console Version: 2.1-0.qa4d.el6rhs How reproducible: Have not been able to reproduce this bug consistently. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create some volumes from the gluster CLI. They will be displayed on the Console. 2. Delete one of them from gluster CLI. Actual results: All of the volumes present disappeared and then reappeared on the Console. Expected results: Deleting one volume should not affect the others. Additional info:
Shireesh, The same behaviour is seen when we remove a brick from the gluster CLI. Let me know if you want me to open a separate bug to track it.
Refer oVirt Bug 901531 for the root cause of this. Prasanth, the issue with bricks also must be because of the same reason - separate bug is not really required.
Upstream patch: http://gerrit.ovirt.org/11169
This kind of behavior is seen in case of volume options also. Is it also related to the same issue?
(In reply to comment #5) > This kind of behavior is seen in case of volume options also. Is it also > related to the same issue? Yes - it's all same :) It will happen if you remove anything from cli - volume, brick, option, or server.
Verified in Red Hat Storage Console Version: 2.1.0-0.qa5.el6rhs.
