wrong display of vote component

Description of problem:

After added a new vote , the vote component is not displayed correctly on INT.This issue does not exists on PROD.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
INT(devenv_2686)

How reproducible:always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to community site and login
2.Create a new vote
3.Check the display of the vote component
  
Actual results:

The vote component is not displayed correctly on INT.Details you can see in attachment.

Expected results:

The vote component should be displayed correctly on INT.

This issue only exists on firefox18 of Ubuntu, does not exists on other browers.

Tested on INT and devenv_3631, the issue does not exist now, so verify this bug, thanks.
