Description of problem:

ath9k_htc doesn't work in infrastructure ap mode

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.7.2-201.fc18.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. insert tp-link tl-wn821n into usb slot
2. create hotspot with hostapd
3. connect to it with smartphone
  
Actual results:
ten messages "xhci_hcd 0000:02:00.0: ERROR Transfer event TRB DMA ptr not part of current TD" per second in /var/log/messages

Expected results:

working connection

Are you still seeing this with the 3.9.y kernels?
