Source rpm with the windres patch.

Description of problem:
*-mingw32-windres fails

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
mingw32-binutils.x86_64                2.23.1-1.fc18
mingw64-binutils.x86_64                2.23.1-1.fc18

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. git clone http://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/ wine.git
2. cd wine.git
3. ./configure
4. make crosstest
  
Actual results:
x86_64-w64-mingw32-windres: unexpected version string length 68 != 32 + 8
winebuild: x86_64-w64-mingw32-windres failed with status 1

Expected results:
A successful build.

Additional info:
This could be fixed by applying http://sourceware.org/git/?p=binutils.git;a=commitdiff_plain;h=260cd95271cdf002ed8e419898fd29c42e257841 to mingw binutils.

mingw-binutils-2.23.1-2.fc18 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 18.
