Description of problem: As per: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:UsersAndGroups The openstack-cinder package requires a static UID/GID combination for security concerns, as it is a networked service dealing with storage volume management for virtual machines. It has used 165:165 (adjacent to other OpenStack services) in Fedora for a few releases already -- I'm filing this after noticing a message from some automated package testing tools. Additional info: Homedir is /var/lib/cinder, with shell /sbin/nologin
Both the user and group are named "cinder".
OK, based on https://fedorahosted.org/setup/browser/uidgid 165:165 is still free, so I'll reserve it in next rawhide build.
