Description of problem:
qpdf-4.0.0-1.fc19 fails to build on PPC, several self checks related to attachement extraction fail: tests # 1148, 1150, 1152, 1154, 1156, 1158

qpdf-4.0.1 seems to have this already fixed.

from qpdf Changelog:

     * 4.0.1: release

     * Fix detection of binary attachments in the test suite.  This
     resolves false test failures on some platforms.  No changes to the
     actual QPDF code were made.
