Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create Profile
2.Disable profile in spacewalk

  
Actual results:
profile listed in pxe menu

Expected results:
profile should not be generated in pxe menu

Additional info:
Have to manually go into cobbler and set profile to --enable-proxy=0 to force it to be disabled from being generated in the pxe menu

Can we assume you mean the Lock system operation on the system's Details > Overview page?

This BZ closed some time during 2.5, 2.6 or 2.7.  Adding to 2.7 tracking bug.
