Desktop entry fixes

Attached is a patch with some improvements to gliv.desktop:

- Icon shouldn't be specified with extension
- XPM MIME type is image/x-xpixmap in shared-mime-info, not image/x-xpm
- gliv doesn't appear to actually open XBM files
- TIFF MIME type is image/tiff, not image/x-tiff
- X-Desktop-File-Install-Version shouldn't be hardcoded

Let me know if you'd like me to commit and build this for devel.

I don't have any objections if someone enhances packages I'm maintaining so if you have any other patches/suggestions then you're welcome :)
