Description of problem:
UserRole on whole system makes visible individual pooled VMs instead of pool itself  in User Portal. Requested in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=902341#c7. (Also in si26.1.)

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have a pool with multiple VMs
2. on system add UserRole to a user (header: configure -> system permissions -> Add)
3. Login to User Portal
  
Actual results:
A user with UserRole on whole system sees invidual pooled VMs in User Portal instead of the pool itself.

Expected results:
Should see just the pool itself, not individual pooled VMs.
