Description of problem:
[Production] After embedding a cartridge via web console, we are giving a bunch of deprecated `rhc app cartridge *` commands in "Managing your cartridge".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. create an app via web console in production env
2. embed a cart after creation
3. check the information given (commands in "Managing your cartridge" zone)
  
Actual results:
All deprecated `rhc app cartridge *` commands

Expected results:
All new `rhc cartridge *` commands
