Description of problem:
When you remove a vNic from a running VM, the error is not translated into a proper sentence.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add vNic to VM.
2. Start VM.
3. Go to Networks main tab, to Virtual Machines subtab, try to remove the vNic.
  
Actual results:
The following error is written in the dialog:
Error while executing action: ACTION_TYPE_FAILED_CANNOT_REMOVE_ACTIVE_DEVICE

Expected results:
Should be a human readable error message.

win7:

    Cannot remove Interface. The VM Network Interface is plugged to a running VM.
