Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create quota with limit on SD[20GB].
2. Set dc to enforced mode.
3. Create floating disk.[15GB]
4. Check Quota->Storage subtab
  
Actual results:
<1 out of 20GB

Expected results:
15 out of 20GB
