Description of problem: We added an external lun disk is added to a VM in a Fibre Channel datacenter, the VMs fail to start. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

VDSM: vdsm-4.10.2-1.1.el6.x86_64
RHEV-M: rhevm-3.1.0-32.el6ev.noarch

How reproducible: Consistently

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a fibrechannel datacenter and add a disk as storagedomain
2. Create a VM
3. Attach a lun disk directly to VM. Activation of VM fails.
  
Actual results:

VM fails to start

Expected results:

VM should start without issues.

Additional info:

When we deactivate the disk, we are able to start the VM.
