Description of problem:
doing a complete reinstall bypasses graphics cards selection at
least, when an existing linux install is detected.
Note I am selecting install (not upgrade), and
selecting the wipe disk option.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install
2.reinstall (choosing reinstall (wipe disk) not upgrade)
3.your not prompted for hardware details like graphics card
  (note you are prompted for mouse details).
    

Expected Results:  Allow to choose graphics card hardware details at least

Bah stupid users. testing this myself shows the graphics setup
comes at the end
