Comment 15 Jindrich Novy 2013-03-22 10:06:28 UTC
Hi Slava,

if seems the send_message() is source of multiple segfaults, see:

send_message (data=0x0, parm=0, msg=MSG_DESTROY, sender=0x0, w=<optimized out>) at ../../lib/widget/widget-common.h:156

in the backtrace. It then dereferences data without checking its non-NULLness. It seems a cannot-happen case which happens quite often, see bug#912033 which is likely caused by the same according to the backtrace.

I haven't reproduced this but fixed possible root cause of the problems by just looking into the code.
