bash output for vdsm restart

Description of problem:

I installed a clean rhel6.3 and upgraded it to rhel6.4 
I registered the host to the following the channels: 

rhel-x86_64-rhev-mgmt-agent-6
rhel-x86_64-server-6
rhel-x86_64-server-6-rhevm-3
rhel-x86_64-server-supplementary-6 

installed vdsm -> started vdsm 

vdsm failed to start with this error: 

[root@cougar01 ~]# service vdsmd restart
Shutting down vdsm daemon:
vdsm watchdog stop                                         [  OK  ]
vdsm: not running                                          [FAILED]
Stopping libvirtd daemon:                                  [FAILED]
Configuring a self-signed VDSM host certificate:           [  OK  ]

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install a clean rhel6.3
2. upgrade to rhel6.4
3. install vdsm -> restart
  
Actual results:

vdsm fails to start with this error:
