Description of problem:

When a particular server is selected from the 'System' tree seen on the left-hand side of the Console, the 'Remove' button is not seen for that server.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Red Hat Storage Console Version: 2.1.0-0.qa5.el6rhs 

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a server, part of any cluster, from the System tree on the left-hand side of the GUI.

Actual results:
Remove button not present for that server.

Expected results:
Remove button should be present.

The same way, remove button is not present when a cluster is selected from the System tree.

This is intended behavior, and a standard feature across all entities in the system. The "remove" option is shown only when you are in a table i.e. when looking at a collection of entities and not a single entity.
