We need to add a step to Procedure 11.1 in the RHUI Administration Guide.  The new step is to run the pulp-migrate command like so:

Run the pulp-migrate command to apply any needed database migrations:
# pulp-migrate

The new step needs to be inserted between steps 8 and 9.

Verified. However, there a fault in the formatting for step 10 (additional new line). We'll rectify in 2.1.2.
