In previous versions of Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 6, the option to set the FAILOVER_ON_SERVER_SHUTDOWN property of the the HornetQ subsystem was available via the console even though the property had been marked for deprecation and attempts to set it were ignored. The option has been removed from the console in this release of the product.

Failover Shutdown property for Bridges (Messaging subsystem) is marked as deprecated and setting its value is ignored by server. Thus the option to set this property should be removed from console.

Uh, took me some time to make console work. This issue probably should be extended to include all deprecated attributes:

Or maybe not, just FAILOVER_ON_SERVER_SHUTDOWN is visible in console.

The FAILOVER_ON_SERVER_SHUTDOWN is deprecated in Bridge and in ConnectionFactory.

Please resolve this when a console release when this fix in it is merged. Best is to find out what console version will have the fix, add an AS7 JIRA for the upgrade to that version, and link this JIRA to it.

This seems to be OK. Status will be appropriately change once verified by console test-suite (run currently in progress).
