Description Daniel Thompson 2013-02-08 08:01:36 UTC
Description of problem:
After installing mnemosyne using "Software" the program crashes (Python import error) during startup.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Name : mnemosyne
Version : 2.1
Release : 1.fc18
Architecture: noarch

How reproducible:
100% providing the missing package is not installed for some other reason.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start from fairly "empty" Fedora installation.
2. Install mnemosync
3. Observe crash.

Additional info:
Problem is caused by python-matplotlib-qt4 not being listed in the requirements of the mnemosyne package and can be trivially worked around by installing this package.

Comment 1 Adam Huffman 2013-02-08 11:40:25 UTC
Should this be assigned to mnemosyne, rather than mmseq?

Comment 2 Daniel Thompson 2013-02-12 08:54:49 UTC
It should (as was when I selected the component originally). I must have nudged it somehow... sorry.
