Description of problem:
maven-doxia was split into multiple subpackages. Your package currently build requires maven-doxia. Please fix build requires of your package maven-changelog-plugin so that it BR only proper subpackages of doxia.

We are going to remove requuires on subpackages from doxia binary package in some future. If your package is not fixed by then it may fail to build from source and/or fail during runtime.

Fixed in 2.2-15, in Rawhide and F19.
