This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.
Description of problem:
We are trying to migrate a Windows Server 2012 virtual machine running
in VMware 5.1 to RHEV 3.1. We are using a RHEL 6.4 beta machine with the
v2v tools as the migration server.

I can reproduce this issue,when using virt-v2v to convert windows 2012 and windows 8,the same error shows as description.
