virt-install version is 4.0-37

This seems to be fixed in selinux-policy-3.7.19-152.

I am not sure what to do about this? Selinux AVC checks are being done by the beah harness, I don't want to prevent that.

I am closing this as not a bug because this was normal AVC checks being done by beah harness and the alerts were due to a bug in the selinux-policy package.
