Add optflags for AArch64
Description of problem:
Attached patch adds optflags for AArch64 architecture. This includes -fno-stack-protector which is needed to override the -fstack-protector in the __global_cflags macro. AArch64 currently lacks support for this feature.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle.
Changing version to '19'.
(As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 19 development

Added in rawhide now (redhat-rpm-config-9.1.0-43.fc20). Do you additionally need this in F19 too or is rawhide sufficient?

redhat-rpm-config-9.1.0-43.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.

* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
