Description of problem:
In the case where is one host available.
PM couldn't be tested because there is no proxy. 
There is an error text message, see attached screenshot[1].

However the text is long and not eye catchy.

sf6

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add one host
2. configure pm
3. click test
  
Actual results:
see screenshot.
Test Failed, Host Status is: unknown. The fence-agent script reported the following error: There is no other host in the data center that can be used to test the power management settings

Expected results:
Failed: There is no proxy host available in DC.
Red and Bold will be even better.

Red/Bold are for critical warnings and issue. This is just a standard message.

Requirements:
Message in the screenshot should be short:
"Test Failed: no host available to be used as a fence proxy in the $DC Datacenter"

Please recheck the reported scenario, seems that this was resolved in the context of other BZ fix
