Description of problem:

When permissions are added to some object in RHEVM, list containing Roles to Assign does not have any obvious sorting (see screenshot 1) which makes it hard to navigate through such list.

If the list was sorted alphabetically it would be much more user friendly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Data Centers -> Default -> Permissions -> Add
2. Expand Role to Assign dropdown list
  
Actual results:
Role to Assign dropdown list is not sorted

Expected results:
Role to Assign dropdown list is sorted in alphabetical order
