Verified NVR: openstack-packstack-2012.2.2-1.0.dev408.el6ost.noarch

1. Verified that the lines in packstack/plugins/serverprep_901.py

            server.append("echo -e '[packstack-epel]\nname=packstack-epel\n"
                          "enabled=1\n"
                          "mirrorlist=https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=epel-6&arch=$basearch'"
                          ">> $REPOFILE")

2. Ran packstack with CONFIG_USE_EPEL=y

Result: Openstack installed with no errors.
