When upgrading RHUI to 2.1.1, rh-rhui-tools-debug-script was not installed on CDS. This fix updates pulp-cds to include the script.

rh-rhui-tools-debug-script is not getting installed on CDS during RHUI 2.1 -> 2.1.1 upgrade:

rh-rhui-tools-debug-script is not installed

rh-rhui-tools-debug-script is installed

Additional info:
I believe there should be a package dependency like pulp-cds Requires: rh-rhui-tools-debug-script to get this package automatically installed during upgrade procedure.

pulp-cds now requires rh-rhui-tools-debug-script

[root@cds1 ~]# rpm -q --requires pulp-cds | grep rh-rhui-tools-debug-script
rh-rhui-tools-debug-script  
[root@cds1 ~]# rpm -q pulp-cds
pulp-cds-0.0.263-28.el6_3.noarch
