Description of problem:

Intermittent failure of org.jgroups.tests.OOBTest.testNonBlockingUnicastOOBMessage (from org.jgroups.tests.OOBTest-tcp).
This affects EAP 6.1.0 DR3 and DR4 and was seen before as well. JGroups tags in the last two versions:  JGroups_3_2_6_Final (DR3), JGroups_3_2_7_Final (DR4)

Seen in EAP 6.1.1.ER4 with JGroups 3.2.7.Final. Bumping to 6.2.0 ?.

This issue is still being seen in EAP 6.3 DR6 (on Windows only).

Test stabilization jira (JGRP-1794) fixed upstream.
