BR45 - Report Displays VM session Date without Time (Users' Spice Sessions Activity)

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install rhevm+reports+dwh
2.create entities (VMs)
3.Wait for 2H in order to have data
4.Open Report BR45
  
Actual results:
Should display Session Date + Time

Expected results:
Doesnt display Session Time

Fixed, 3.2/SF10
Date is displayed accordingly
month & day +Time , 1-12 Hours with AM/PM
For each period range shows accordingly - hours per day
-- I think it should show as follow:
---- Daily - hours per day
---- Monthly - hours per day
---- Quarterly - hours per Month/4
---- Yearly - hours per Quarter/4
