Description of problem:

Start engine-notifierd service fail on:
"Starting engine-notifier: at Thu Feb 14 14:03:48 IST 2013Error: can't run without missing JAR file: /usr/share/java/glassfish-jaxb/jaxb-impl.jar"

sf-7/sf-6 (and maybe earlier 3.2 versions)

always 

Additional info:
It occured on both clean install setup (sf-6) and upgraded setup (si27->sf-7).
