Description of problem:
Grid - Overview page doesn't fit into 1024x768

Line 'Current negotiator job throughput' + 'Recent negotiator job throughput' + 'Job scheduler info' is too wide and on 1024x768 'Job scheduler info' moves to the third line

Shrunk the recent negotiator throughput graph a bit horizontally so the page fits as intended at 1024x768.  Fixed in revision 5736 on trunk.

Verified on rhel6x, rhel6i - with cumin-0.1.5796-1.
