Cause: Grid overview page elements occupy too much real estate to fit on a 1024x768 screen. Consequence: Page did not format correctly at that resolution. Fix: Reduced width of negotiator throughput plot. Result: Page now correctly formats at 1024x768 resolution.

Line 'Current negotiator job throughput' + 'Recent negotiator job throughput' + 'Job scheduler info' is too wide and on 1024x768 'Job scheduler info' moves to the third line

Shrunk the recent negotiator throughput graph a bit horizontally so the page fits as intended at 1024x768.  Fixed in revision 5736 on trunk.
