Description of problem:

ConcurrentCacheManagerTest sometimes (!) throws a NPE at line 80:
cacheManager.getCache(name).put("a", "b");
and then the TS hangs, preventing us from further testing.
Infinispan version: 5.2.1.Final

I have not seen this with EAP 6.2.0.ER1. Infinispan 5.2.7.Final.

Not seen since ER1 (testing CR3 now - not in here as well). It was either fixed somewhere along the way or it was environmental. I think it can be closed.

Not seen through 6.2.0. I think we can close this.
