Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
The script /usr/libexec/bacula/make_catalog_backup.pl creates the file /var/spool/bacula/.my.cnf with mode 0066 (----rw-rw-) and subsequently fails with the error message:

Warning: World-writable config file '/var/spool/bacula/.my.cnf' is ignored
mysqldump: Got error: 1045: Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO) when trying to connect


Steps to Reproduce:
1. install bacula-director-mysql
2. run make_catalog_backup.pl
  

Additional info:
The error is in line 92 of the script which reads:

    umask(0700);

The intended value was probably:

    umask(0077);
