Description of problem:

I ran 4 vm's: 2 on spm and 2 on hsm, all from blank template with thin provision disks and installed OS from pxe on all vm's. 
the vm's running on hsm are changed from up -> to pause -> to up during extend.

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. on 2 hosts with pool of iscsi, create 3 storage domains. 
2. create 4 vm's with thin provision disks from black template
3. run vm's with pxe install (2 on each host)
  
Actual results:

the vm's on the hsm are moving from up -> pause -> up during lvextend

Expected results:

vm's should not move to pause during extend
