Description of problem:
Unable to update, error messages

How reproducible:
every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. update software
2. yum runs and generates transaction list
3. start processing transaction list, fails with message to report bug.
  
Actual results:
Error messages - Please report this error

Expected results:
updated software
