Actual results:
Text silently assumes that service ovirt-engine is stopped before step 10.

In reality, service ovirt-engine is started after rhevm-setup automatically.
(Observed on system with package rhevm-setup-3.1.0-43.el6ev.noarch.)

Expected results:
Step 6 (after rhevm-setup) mentions 'service ovirt-engine stop' explicitly.

Restoring Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager Configuration Files [7606, rev:375158]

Added extra step to stop the engine after rhevm-setup. 

Moving to MODIFIED, will change to ON_QA when I stage.

Let me add that this step is important. It can break restoration procedure if the step is missing.
