Steps to Reproduce:
1. right click on platform
2. select Import -> MySql Server
  
Actual results:
 "Create New Resource of Type [MySql Server]" wizard is opened 

Expected results:
 " 
Import Resource of Type [MySql Server]" wizard is opened
