Saved searches under the Search Filter dropdown does not work

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to SAM
2. Navigate to User Notifications page
3. Search for a word - say 'Login Successful'
4. Log out and log back in to SAM
5. Attempt to retrieve the automatically saved search 'Login Successful' from the Search Filter dropdown
  
Actual results:
The Saved search 'Login Successful' does not work

Expected results:
The automatically Saved search 'Login Successful' should display the notifications matching the search text
