Created attachment 701759 [details]
grepped wl, 802 and eth0 from /var/log/messages

Description of problem:
Lots of messages in /var/log/messages:
ERROR @wl_cfg80211_get_station : Wrong Mac address

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kernel-PAE-3.7.9-201.fc18.i686
kmod-wl-3.7.9-201.fc18.i686.PAE-5.100.82.112-7.fc18.14.i686
broadcom-wl-5.100.82.112-4.fc18.noarch
kmod-wl-PAE-5.100.82.112-7.fc18.14.i686

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. These error messages begin when you connect to a wifi network

Actual results:
Lots of messages in /var/log/messages:
ERROR @wl_cfg80211_get_station : Wrong Mac address

Expected results:
No errors

Additional info:
I have updated to latest versions using yum. Why broadcom-wl has suffix -4.fc18 but kmod-wl-PAE has suffix -7.fc18?

I got these errors with kernel 3.7.4 as well.

My wifi connection is in Ad-Hoc mode.

I have attached result of command:
grep Feb.23.09:45 /var/log/messages-20130223 | fgrep 'wl
802
eth0' | head -200

We don't provide or support the broadcom wl driver. If you see this without using that, please let us know.
